About Chase Field

Chase Field seats 48,633 for Arizona Diamondbacks games in downtown Phoenix. It opened on March 31, 1998 as Bank One Ballpark and was renamed in 2005. Its retractable roof opens or closes in about four and a half minutes, and the air conditioning lets the D-backs play through the desert summer. It was the first MLB ballpark with a swimming pool, which sits 415 feet from home plate in right-center. On the field level, the Infield Box runs from section 118 to 126 and the Bleachers from 101 to 105 and 139 to 144. The 300 level, from Outfield Reserve 300-304 to Baseline View 305-309, is where the value is. TicketScan tracks when tickets for Chase Field events go on sale, including presale windows that open before the public onsale.
