The bowl holds 60,311 fans on Latitude 36 Bermudagrass, split between a lower deck, a 1,700-seat club level, 50 skyboxes, and upper-deck sections on both sidelines. The west upper deck was rebuilt in 2022 into the open-air tiered seating known as the Balconies at Davis Wade Stadium. Mississippi State's cowbell tradition, permitted under a specific SEC exception, dates back to 1977 and gives the stadium one of college football's most distinctive soundtracks.
