Autzen Stadium seats 54,000 for Oregon Ducks games, with standing room pushing attendance closer to 60,000 on big Saturdays. It opened in 1967 and has been expanded and upgraded repeatedly, most recently in 2020, adding luxury boxes and meeting facilities along the way. The bowl’s compact, sunken design traps crowd noise unusually well; a 2007 game against USC measured 127.2 decibels on the field, among the loudest readings ever recorded at a college stadium.
